Our club is a proud member of USA Judo, the National Governing Body (NGB) for Judo in the United States and a member of the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee, and we are also members of the United States Judo Federation (USJF).

We have a diverse group of students, instructors, and other volunteers. Ogata Sensei has been practicing Judo for many decades and is a certified instructor and coach with a rank of Rokudan (6th degree).

Ogata Sensei directs the clubs and the Adaptive Judo programs. He leads other instructors and volunteers to ensure that each student learns Judo, which literally translates to “the gentle way.”
